Low-key liberal accomplishments coupled with high-profile policy concessions to the right and aggressive conservative virtue signalling — this is exactly the strategy moderates have recommended for Democrats here, of course. Didn't work too well. Maybe some lessons there.

The Starmer government was one of the most left-leaning we’ve had that was almost never identified as such.
This is a pundit with 130K followers, who in over 4K posts has used the word “impeach” only once…to say Congress shouldn’t do it. I agree with him here but hope he’ll lend his voice to the impeachment push

and constantly talking about impeachable offenses while pretending that impeachment doesn't exist creates a weird cognitive dissonance, and voters feel that. They hear about these awful crimes then see elected officials *doing nothing*... it's a very bad strategy.
