The bad news: I'm still having pain.
The good news: We finally found pain meds that work. I'm not wishing for death anymore.
I have physio tomorrow to confirm either a slipped disc or sciatica. I need a CT scan, which will be about $3000, & regular therapy, but at least I'm getting some relief.
