That they are human lives isn't a consideration.
A huge percentage of Toronto gun violence was linked to the tow truck wars, and Project South wasn’t the first time cops have been caught being involved. Makes you wonder how many degrees of separation the cops are from the rest of Toronto’s gun incidents.
