Using faithfull recombination reporters such as iSuRe-Cre and iSuRe-HadCre alleles developed by @ruibenedito.bsky.social we noted VEGFR2 deficient cells didn't contribute to the developing lymphatic capillaries and only resided in the collecting vessel network present at induction.
