Writing is a bad job for folks who need others to affirm them in order to feel good about themselves. So affirm yourself. You wrote something. You like it. Hopefully others do too. If they don’t, it doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t like you. Or that you’re a bad writer. It’s all subjective.
