あちこちで「禁書」になってるマーガレット・アトウッドの『侍女の物語』の「燃やせない」特別版が作られて、それが2022年にNYのSotheby’sでオークションされてたって全く知らなかった。ペンギン・ランダムハウスが耐火紙を使って印刷し、難燃性の表紙で製本したそうで、アトウッド本人がその本に火炎放射器を向けているっていうこのすごいキャンペーンのおかげか、13万ドルで落札されたらしい。ほんま、Fuck Gileadだわ。
