In 1923, the area where the park is today was owned by J.P.A. Sullivan. It’s interesting to see the many other streets, houses, and city steps that once existed in this neighborhood heading down the hillside to the Jones & Laughlin Steel Mill. It's a very different view today!❤️🧑🔧🏭
