That being said it’s kinda crazy how Cap, Bucky and Skull are just kinda fully formed right away within one issue. Like wow they struck gold and figured these guys out pretty much immediately. Red Skull’s the only one who really changes and he doesn’t even change that much lol
Reading some old Captain America comics for research (and just some curiosity) and it’s crazy how quick it goes from like, totally normal, to the most disgusting racism you can possibly imagine in a heartbeat to remind you it’s a comic from the 40s
