You know what, y'all can get Brad Bird or goddamn Hayao Miyazaki himself to climb on stage and tell me the emperor's buck-ass nudity is in fact the highest achievement in human fashion, but that don't make it fucking so. This is embarrassing for a species that was already rapidly abandoning dignity
The single best way to get me invited to events is to reach out to those events and request me! Cons want to know who YOU - the people attending - want to see and interact with! I have GENUINELY been invited to cons (some of which are now all-time faves) because of a SINGLE PERSON bringing me up!
