My totally uneducated guess: Orban is gone, which meant a huge loss in funding, and their options were pay cuts or hiring new people at lower rates.

Did something crazy happen at PragerU that I missed? I was digging into something unrelated and stumbled onto a job board with its open listings and it seems like they're hiring... an entire organization's worth of staffers? This has gotta be like half of the org's management roster at least, no?
