Sophie Cunningham is a beneficiary of Title IX. Her Indiana team would not exist without politicians like Indiana’s Birch Bayh who authored Title IX. Those liberals and their voters had daughters who wanted the same access to sports that boys had. She should be grateful for the impact of politics.
