Happy Birthday, Strauss 🎂! It's truly difficult for me to speak about him without tearing up, simply because of the beauty he left for the world in his music. And how lucky am I that I get to perform Strauss on his birthday?? 'Elektra' No. 2 tonight!

Happy Birthday, 'Turandot'!!! Premiered at Teatro alla Scala on this day 100 years ago. 🥳 I can't think of a better way to celebrate than singing the title role this evening at Oper Frankfurt!
