Three years ago, I couldn’t draw in a way that satisfied me, or that I feel would classify me as an artist. Two years ago even, I couldn’t do that. And now I have people that would be willing to commission me for what I can draw now?! Awaaaaaaa, I’m so happy >///////w//////<
At the time of this, over 81 people liked my gift that I made for myself and @sadtooncat.bsky.social. I’ve had friends tell me that I should open commissions, and while I’m not ready to do that just yet, I am just…so happy that people want to see more of the stuff I create.
Today has been an amazing day. It’s not often I have days better than good, but I would say that today and yesterday night were those days.
I…I am just so thankful for how much people have loved my recent art. It genuinely means so much to me to be recognized as an artist.
Let me preface that I know my art has been loved even before I made this. I’ve mentioned something similar on FA, but I’m a college student that simply wants to graduate and finish school. Very recently, I’ve just felt that I’ve been putting in so much work for something only satisfactory.
