(For context, he's the most praise-driven cat I've ever known. We've been training him to stop scratching furniture by just showering him with positive reinforcement when he scratches something he's SUPPOSED to scratch.)
Find someone who looks at you the same way Manta Ray looks when you tell him 'good scratch!'
