Also as the frequent Asked instead of the Askee, this has confused me on the other end too. I’ve never understood the act of dating, and I’m not sure what part of my brain makes it like that. But I deff like going on dates and being asked out, but like I don’t *get* dates
Ok it’s the end of the day I’ve had a shower and a snack and I’ve attained enlightenment about the situation. Moral of the story, I should shoot my shot. Like how do I put it. How do you know when to ask someone out? What level of interaction do you need to have had to do that without being weird? How is a date different from a hangout. Are they supposed to be romantic or can you just like go see a movie.
I’ve only ever been asked out, which isn’t very often idk what the vibe is that I give that causes that but that’s the truth, so I have the utmost respect for folks that ask other folks out bc I don’t know how when and where to do that. I’m being so genuine when I say this
