update:
we're booking my spouse's specialized spine scans. we do have the cervical spine & most of the consult covered. what we're not sure about is the brain scan, but right now the real remainder is:
- $150 for rest of consult
- ~$200-300 for initial physio
- something like $300 for gas/car/food
