i've had enough. wellington, i'm starting an urbanist lobbying group. writing councillors, pushing for projects, pushing against the managed decline of the city. i already have a meeting place. all i need is you. will you join me?
Even (or especially) in hard times with constrained resources, cities need to embrace change and things to look forward to. Predatory delay from political opposition & poor delivery helped kill the Golden Mile, but it was this council that actually did it. We should expect more.
