If this nothing-burger is a signal of any kind, it is that we will have to force Governor-Apparent Klobuchar into having meaningful policy stances at every step AND it will necessitate strong DFL control of both House and Senate to do so.
For example, Zoning Reform & Parking Reform are essential to accomplishing this. As is leaning into the VMT/GHG reduction mandate.
All of these can & should be socialized during the campaign. All can be framed as popular for what they will accomplish: Affordability, connection, good governance.
