I think policing statistics for Old World colonial powers like France should not be compared to the US without including all the territories where French police are responsible for domestic security and border enforcement. Because I promise you the numbers would look different.

I mean, this stuff doesn't happen nearly like this in Europe. It's a primarily American problem at this level
