More evidence that the Russian "shadow fleet" of oil tankers is an operation run by the Russian intelligence services. Former Russian soldiers, navy veterans and FSB staff are among those on the network of ships believed to be carrying oil in violation of sanctions; many of them fought in Ukraine.
