When I saw my dad on Wednesday he was so concerned with how I was doing after my hospital stay. The first thing he did was ask how I was feeling. He was doing so well and it all feels so unreal
I think everything is finally starting to catch up with me. I've slept so much and started to disassociate again 😒

it's hard to believe it’s already been two weeks since my dad passed away. sometimes it feels like an eternity has passed, and other times, it hits me like it just happened yesterday
I'm finally able to visit my dad in the hospital today and we both started crying as soon as we saw each other 😭
We got admitted on the same day but he's still in the icu

I joked with someone that I've used up all my good fortune for the year after getting out of the hospital. Last night my partner made me open a fortune cookie and there was no fortune inside
i'm back at work, still working on getting them to pay for my sick days from my hospital stay. i'm also waiting to hear back from the hospital about financial aid
anyway, I just wanted to share a quick update. not much else has been happening, thankfully
