Fab to see the new perch bench by the Howard Street (southbound) bus stop finally installed. It may have only taken 18 months, but time well spent!
A perfect spot to take the weight off whilst waiting for a bus to the Kassam, Wallingford or Reading.
Great to join Anna and Siobhan out in New Hinksey this morning talking with residents.
Residents pleased about the swift action to provide additional bins in the Park during the holidays and warm weather.

Fantastic to see the first ‘cycle street’ being introduced in Cambridge.
Disappointing that Oxfordshire County Council is only interested in rural routes for its new ‘Quiet Routes’. Barracks Lane and Meadow Lane would be prime candidates for safety improvements.

From 5-6pm tonight, St Mary’s Church, Iffley will be holding a vigil for Baltazar L’Quy. Baltazar tragically drowned in the Thames on Wednesday.
The service is open to everyone - to gather, to reflect and to seek support.

I know a great deal of residents who walk or cycle to Sainsbury's via Rose Hill face disruption as a result of the sudden closure of the Cottesmore Rd bridge. This vital link needs to be reopened urgently.

Reported several spouts of flytipping on my recent walk around of Townsend Sq and Donnington Bridge Rd. These has been reported for removal.

New community wardens funded by the Labour City Council will clamp down on this.
It’s extremely disappointing but not unexpected that the County would close the Rose Hill / Littlemore footbridge without any notice to local residents or Councillors. OCC needs to do better!
We urgently need a timeline for its repair and reopening.
