BLUMENTHAL: Was the Capitol attacked on J6?
TRAYNOR: The actions on January 6 were deeply troubling to watch, but I'm not going to characterize it
B: You are perpetuating a lie. I don't know how you can continue as a district court judge, let alone serve on court of appeals. Frankly it's shameful.

If he can't agree to FACTS how in hell can he be a judge?
Explain it to me like I am 7.
A decent rule or thumb is that when you happen upon really egregious misconduct, it’s unlikely that you just fortunately stumbled upon the first unique instance. More often it escalated to be that bad via a lot of lesser infractions for which there were no consequences.
Wunderlich's takedown of Mace is worth a read.

I'm old. I'm disabled. My wife has been out of work for a year. I've had 20+ strokes. I have cancer. And yet if I just look at Daisy asleep there is no such thing as anhedonia in my world. I am lucky.
This is a good time to remind people that Jeff Flake voted to confirm alleged attempted rapist Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court so I invite him to drink a tall glass of shut the fuck up.

Trump on the reflecting pool: "It's taller than any building in the world, actually. It's like twice the height of the Empire State Building."
(The reflecting pool is in fact flat ... )
The biggest lesson I'm taking from the Broadview 6 case is that we have NO EARTHLY IDEA the extent to which these same tactics have been used since Trump retook the Oval.
As my friend/co-defendent @brianstraw.bsky.social says (www.oakpark.com/2026/06/09/l...) - this is generational.

Gwyneth Paltrow is paid $10 million to promote the sale of luxury condominiums in Israel.
She was paid $588 for each of the 17,000 children killed in Gaza.
What a disgrace to Hollywood, to Judaism, to women and to humanity!

Another approach:
Q: Is Donald Trump eligible to be President?
A: Yes
Q: What is the first clause of the 22nd Amendment?
A: “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice”
Q: President Trump ran for President in 2016, 2020, & 2024. Which of those elections did he win?

BLUMENTHAL: Who won the 2020 election?
TRAYNOR: This issue has become a question of political controversy
B: It's 'political controversy' only because Trump refuses to accept the results
T: It is not appropriate to engage in discussion regarding that
B: So you're going to use the same script

dang it simply unplugging the tablet from the USB cable she was on top of so it wouldn't disturb her when I raised it to take a picture disturbed her and she uncurled but still:
