We saw this recently in April with the fuel protests. The Muslim Sisters of Éire were verbally and racially abused during their weekly soup run for Dublin’s homeless by a bunch of men connected with those protests

its also a good time to remind people not to 'no true Scotsman' the Irish as incapable of racism. The same rioting happened in Dublin in 2023, & people in Scotland also like to imagine we're immune to racism. Oppressed groups are just as capable of hatred as anyone else, as we've seen in Israel.
