I will add one big caveat to this: If the US had a genuine youth movement in politics it would change things overnight and be a LOT of new left energy.
Basically every single prediction relies on youth voters continuing to be completely unwilling to vote.
No one has really accomplished this tho.
we know who most of the non-voters are! Pew has studied this!
