I’ve been playing with ChatGPT & to absolutely no one’s surprise it is far right in outlook. It claimed that some experts did not think Musk was far right. I asked it to name them. It admitted it made that up. It’s hard work getting it to be factual & even when it gets it wrong & admits it…
The idea that LLMs 'hallucinate' is itself a clever invention of the tech industry to disguise actual failures of their systems. Rebranding these serious algorithmic glitches as 'hallucinations' was designed to make the public accept this bullshit by linking it to the vagaries of human psychology.

AI is like Big Tobacco: pushing their product onto young people to get them addicted and create a captive market for their product, which though “free” to users now, could be monetized at any time. They know people will pay for something they’ve been conditioned to believe they can’t live without.
