😴 The Sleep Switch: Somatostatin has long been known as a major regulator of health, memory, and #lifespan.
Prof. Bringmann’s team found that #somatostatin doesn’t control these functions directly.
Instead, it regulates #sleep 💤 which in turn drives it all!
