Inmate(s) IV, AKA Echo and Ekko are an odd bunch. Sentenced to the Omnimax for disturbance of the peace, these rebellious Sonorosians were born with a defect. Their frequencies are out of sync, making them twins, an ironically rare thing for a species of self-replicators.
