James Barker, the executive producer on “Love Island USA,” dies “after suffering an unexpected medical emergency” while the show was filming in Fiji, ITV America and Peacock say.
Barker, who started working on “Love Island USA” in 2020, will be honored during Tuesday’s new episode of the show, according to ITV America and Peacock.
