Just to clarify, I never said abstraction is or isn’t reversible; Goose has previously stated that abstraction is permanent.
What I wrote is more to say that abstraction is functionally its own thing, and it reminds me of a number of topics that aren’t necessarily death or suicide.

Abstraction isn’t necessarily a 1:1 allegory for death by suicide so much as it’s like losing oneself in any kind of mental health spiral, including addiction. How everyone visits Jax and the other abstractions also reminds me of visiting a loved one in long-term care or inpatient treatment.
