#Juniplex 3 Tether-Ring players are all about being bound by behaviors: since their organization is both clandestine and fragmented, without a central hierarchy, the whole thing only works if the players are trustworthy and consistent about following the group's code of conduct. (1/4)

Some early #Juniplex food for thought as we move into the more concrete topics... Is there anything that meant to tie all the members together? Something used to weed out the unworthy (or frankly dangerous)? For code of conduct, I'd also say rules/laws/codified expectations.
