we have solar. i just looked, my bill this month is on track to be about $8. i live in virginia and this includes charging an EV.
Letters come down, rightly celebrated, but what a thin victory. What a tiny moment, when we could use something with real mass. If it took this long and this much effort to undo the least damage, I don’t have a lot of optimism for the list of repairs pending.
