I heard there's a static recompilation project in progress for the Hypno Spiral movie tie-in! Haven't heard much from the devs (since they can't type properly on a keyboard anymore), but it should be playable on PC soon in all it's glory

Not every game emulates properly! Take the Hypno Spiral movie tie in game, that one has all the age and brain draining swirls miss a lot of the franchise's distinctive psychedelic effects you'd see on original hardware! Not that these glitch swirls aren't effective, but it loses a lot of the charm!
