June 10, 1984: An 18-3 run over a span of 7:17 in the second half helps give the Lakers a 119-108 victory over the Celtics in Game 6 that tied the NBA Finals at 3-3. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar led Los Angeles with 30 PTS/10 REB. Larry Bird had 28 PTS/14 REB/8 AST/3 BLK for Boston.

June 10, 2004: Tayshaun Prince lobs to Rasheed Wallace early in Detroit's 88-68 win over the Lakers in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. Richard Hamilton had 31 PTS and Chauncey Billups had 19 PTS for the Pistons, who took a 2-1 series lead. Shaquille O'Neal led Los Angeles with 14 PTS.

June 10, 1992: The Blazers take their first lead with 3:34 left in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, and wouldn't trail again in their 93-88 win over the Bulls. Clyde Drexler and Jerome Kersey each scored 21 PTS as Portland tied the series at 2-2. Michael Jordan led Chicago with 32 PTS.

June 9, 1985: Postgame comments from Finals MVP Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Boston coach K.C. Jones, and Byron Scott of the Lakers after Los Angeles' 111-100 win over the Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals that clinched the Championship.

June 9, 1995: Houston's Hakeem Olajuwon hits a fadeaway jumper during a 117-106 win at Orlando in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. Olajuwon had 34 PTS/11 REB/4 BLK and Clyde Drexler added 23 PTS for the Rockets, who took a 2-0 series lead. Shaquille O'Neal had 33 PTS/12 REB/7 AST for the Magic.

June 10, 1994: The Knicks defeat the Rockets, 91-83, in Game 2 of the NBA Finals and tie the series at 1-1. Patrick Ewing had 16 PTS/13 REB/6 BLK, John Starks had 19 PTS/9 AST, and Derek Harper scored 18 PTS for New York. Hakeem Olajuwon had 25 PTS/4 BLK for Houston. 📺 ESPN

June 10, 1990: Joe Dumars scores 33 PTS in Detroit's 121-106 win at Portland in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. Isiah Thomas and Vinnie Johnson added 21 PTS apiece for the Pistons, who took a 2-1 series lead. Jerome Kersey scored a team-high 27 PTS for the Trail Blazers.

June 9, 1986: The Western Conference Champion Rockets are greeted by supportive fans in Houston after their return flight from Boston, following a Game 6 loss to the Celtics in the NBA Finals the day before.

June 9, 1993: Phoenix rookie Richard Dumas (20 PTS/12 REB/3 BLK) with a putback dunk against Chicago during Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Bulls 100, Suns 92.

June 10, 2001: Robert Horry of the Lakers drives and dunks during a 96-91 win at Philadelphia in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. Horry scored 15 PTS, Kobe Bryant scored 32 PTS and Shaquille O'Neal had 30 PTS/12 REB/4 BLK for Los Angeles. The 76ers' Allen Iverson had 35 PTS/12 REB.

Magic had 14 PTS/14 AST, Worthy added 28 PTS and Finals MVP Kareem Abdul-Jabbar scored 29 PTS as the Lakers defeated the Celtics, 111-100, to win the NBA Championship.
