This isn't even like a 3rd grader's understanding of the law. The assumption most people have is "The judge is in charge; it doesn't matter if you don't like them šØ bwaah scary" and ai is like "Just ask to see their manager! I'm sure you can do it!"

Yesterday I had to correct someone because an AI told them they could just make an appointment with the supervising judge to decide their case if they didn't like their assigned trial judge because the AI thought "supervising judge" was like a "supervisor" and "escalate" was the same as "appeal." š«
