Let's stop with The Hague fantasies please. The ICC has no jurisdiction over crimes committed on the territory of non-Parties to the Rome Statute and over nationals of non-parties only if they committed crimes on the territory of a State Party. Neither Iran nor the US are parties = NO JURISDICTION.
