The struggle is real
Senator Mike Lee is at it again, and this time, he’s coming after the Roadless Rule. He has proposed an amendment to a bill being presented tomorrow in the Senate, the Wildfire Prevention Act. If successful, the amendment would nullify the Roadless Rule for 45 million acres of National Forests.

The Forest Service is trying to shut down research hubs because it says it needs to live within its means. But the agency plans to close facilities that cost less than $1 to rent while keeping open one that costs $1 million.
