I think its fair to say deterrence has been moved from the Levant to the Gulf. The IRGC's entire architecture built on deterring Israel has been fatally destroyed since the Israeli war on Hezbollah and Assad's fall in Syria. GCC not Israel bare the danger of the IRGC now
