Folks, I've spent a long time thinking about these policies and how they could work. It's not rocket science to make these things happen.
I get these comments every time I post about this and I really want people to realize how unhelpful they are! First of all, if you have the stats, let's see them. Second of all, they could issue placards as temporary permits and licence plates for people with permanent disabilities. Hope that helps!
