I'm not that far in it, but I'm digging the new 007 game's theme. I think there's going to be a slew of media in the coming years that is less about the glory of the individual and more about remembering our humanity.

I read Magnificent Humanity again and cut out the church words from this passage so people might actually read it.
Common humanity can save us from our addiction to "progress" at the expense of others, but we've been systematically atomized to forget it almost entirely.
The papal encyclical released today is a more coherent defense of humanity in the AI era than you'll see elsewhere and well worth a read.
