I know I left Rebecca out of my AU CGI Switchover US casts - but had she stayed in the OG canon before BWBA and US-actor wise. I imagine either Rachael Miller w/ a US dialect or (Toronto wise) Bryn McAuley reusing one of her previous female character voices from other cartoons.

Next from my alternate US cast for T&F (London based actors) - Martin T. Sherman as Bulgy. Had he stayed on the voice cast w/o issues from the production team - he'd not only still be Thomas, but maybe a few other characters like Bulgy (reusing his Diesel voice).

The artists who created Vinnie took a few liberties with the design, but it is clearly based on CNR 6400 in its special blue colour scheme when it was one of several locomotives to pull the 1939 Royal Train of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth across Canada.
While I enjoy Michael Angelis as Splatter & Dodge, but because his voice for the two sound the same, it's kinda hard to tell who is speaking (hence why I see they need to be recasted w/ 2 actors). But for British accents, maybe have Angelis as Splatter and Jonathan Wilson as Dodge (from Redwall).
