Hehe I’m flattered 😇 I can share what has worked for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s really just training and patience. Don’t push past pain. Focus on the breath and releasing into it. Go slow. Take 36 hours to heal / rest after intense training, but do it often and consistently. There is no such thing as too much lube.
