For this world cup, how about we all get behind 'les éléphants' of Côte d'Ivoire together? Wouldn't it be nice if we were all cheering for the same side for once, even if only for a while. 🇮🇪⚽

For what it's worth, I am with David Humphreys on this one. He has looked at a model which requires the IRFU to fund one of its 4 sides to a level where they have, by a considerable distance, the biggest squad budget in world rugby, to the detriment if the other 3, and he's gone 'Nah, fuck that.'

He should go a step further and pull funding from the handful of fancy Dublin schools. This has to be about austerity and teaching people a lesson.
