During practical sessions led by industry professionals, our cohort will gain insight into backstage and technical roles for live theatre, exploring Lighting, Sound, Stage Management, and Staging and Rigging.

📢 JUST IN! Here’s your first look at the UK premiere of Jocelyn Bioh’s Tony Award-winning comedy Jaja’s African Hair Braiding, which reunites her with director Monique Touko after the huge success of 2023’s School Girls; Or, the African Mean Girls Play.
Over the next year, these ten talented trainees will delve deep into the world of theatre, strengthen their performance skills, and prepare to excel in the industry. We have no doubt that they're going to be a success at the Lyric and beyond! 🌠
