A week after I defended, Gordon Wood kindly chaired our @oah.org panel. I battled thru a meh draft + sought counsel. He told me a good conference paper should be like standing in your colleague’s office doorway, talking a little too long about a topic you’re totally fascinated by. Solid advice! 💫 🗃️
