The June 16 Ukrainian drone strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery has forced a total halt in its operations, Reuters reported, citing Russian industry sources.
"Russia must be forced to end its war against our people. And Ukraine's long-range weapons are one of the important components of such pressure," President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
