In this first episode "B.Lifers B.Life-ing", we discuss the origins of B.Life project, what it means to reclaim narratives and how we do so in our personal lives, how music can be used as a tool to support mental health challenges and the relationship the B.Lifers have with music.
We also explore the importance of subcultures, the music that comes out of them and representation for marginalized identities as well as the reclamation and usage of harmful language/rhetoric in the music we listen to.
