Looking back now, it has a lot of rough edges, but most of them work in the game's favor.
The story being a sci-fi adaptation of a fairy tale - that most anyone outside of Japan wouldn't have heard of in 1990 - adds a unique flair.

The Gaudinian Heresy build begins, based on a couple of pages of text in the old Clan Raukaan splatbook. It was clearly intended to be expanded on as the final part of the "Kristos sucks" trilogy, but that petered out after two books.
