Some days I'm not sure I'm for LA. I love this place and feel at home, but I operate uniquely and feel so at odds with the culture. Parasocialism, the insecure need to be liked, collecting high profile associations like badges for attention, weird clingy invasive attachments. It's just not who I am
During the trip, I showed Treasure Planet a friend who'd never seen it, and cried for most of it. I love that movie, it always resonated with me
