There is no “own water.” It’s all drawn from same river or aquifer we drink from.
Air pollutants from “own electricity” data centers pollute air over multiple counties.

Somebody help me out here. Why can’t a data center be told you must supply your own water and your own electricity and you must be far enough away from people that you don’t bother them.. Now then, supply a bond to cover any issues that may arise later.
